Cost of Delivery:
Normal - $16.50 (incl. GST)

Metropolitan areas: within 3 days (if ordered before 11am, usually next business day)

No - any items that are on back order will not incur an extra delivery fee.

Your buying platform automatically searches our supplier network (currently 65 suppliers representing 1100+ brands) and updates the online catalog with the best price on the day. So if an order contains multiple products, then it is theoretically possible for each product to originate from a different supplier.
The benefit of the spot pricing process is that you are guaranteed to receive the best price on every product, everyday. The trade off is that you may receive multiple deliveries as opposed to one delivery.

No you will not receive multiple deliveries every time your place an order. For example, if an order contains one product then you'll receive only one delivery. Or if an order contains multiple products, and all the products originate from the same supplier then you'll receive only one delivery.
The only time you will receive multiple deliveries for an order is when two or more of the products on the order originate from two or more unique suppliers.

Yes it is, however someone has to be there to sign for the delivery. The supplier will not leave the goods at your premises when no one is available to sign for an order. If it is not possible to sign for an order, please consider getting your order delivered to your business address.

Suppliers are unlikely to call you before they make a delivery. Some whitegood suppliers may call you to arrange delivery but this happens infrequently. Please call us if you need more information about the delivery for larger products.

1. Search By Keyword
At the top right hand corner of the home page you will see a Search Button. Here
you can enter a keyword (e.g. camera),Product Model (e.g. C713) or Manufacturer Part Number (e.g. 8500225).
in to the search box thne hit the 'Search' button.
Note: The more descriptive and specific your keyword, the better. For example, typing in either ‘digital camera’ or ‘video camera’ in to the search box would return more relevant results than if you were to type ‘camera’
A list of search results will be displayed. On the left hand side of the results page you will see you can refine your results even further by:
Using the search box to search further within your results
Refining by category
Refining by brand
Refining by wholesale price
And it doesn’t stop there! Above the list of results you will see you can sort the results even further by ‘Price’ low to high or high to low, and ‘Brand’ ascending or descending.
2. Search by product classification
At the top of the home page you have the top level classifications, those being

Click on the top-level classification tab most relevant to the product you are searching for. (e.g. if you were searching for a camera you would click on the ‘Electronics’ tab.) This will take you to a page detailing further categories that fall under the ‘Electronics’ classification, such as cameras, mobile phones, and audio.
From here you can select a sub category and refine your search again by selecting
one of the following from the left hand side of the web page.

Clients are encouraged to select products carefully using information on the thinkgroup website to ensure that the correct products are ordered.
thinkgroup has a very clear returns policy.
Goods may only be returned for credit.
Custom made or custom processed Goods or Goods acquired specifically for the Buyer will only be returnable with the Seller’s written consent.
Goods may only be returned for credit or exchange within 7 days of the date of invoice and must be in as new & saleable condition. Goods may be returned for credit or exchange after that time if there was a breach of the statutory conditions.
At the supplier’s discretion, Goods returned for credit or exchange may incur a restocking fee equal to 10% of the invoiced price of the Goods. The minimum restocking fee per Order is $30 and the maximum restocking fee per Order is $300. For example, if the invoiced price of the good is less than $300 then the restocking fee will be $30, otherwise if the price is greater than $300 but less than $3000 then the restocking fee will be 10% of the invoiced price otherwise the restocking fee will be $300.
It is the supplier, and not thinkgroup, who sets the above mentioned terms and conditions.

All credit card payments are getting processed through the Secure Payment Gateway of the Bendigo Bank.
Once the order has reached the delivery details step, thinkgroup then handovers the transaction to the Secure Payment Gateway of the Bendigo Bank. It is at this point that the user enters the credit card details, and the authentication and encryption is handled by this service using SSL. Once complete, a receipt number is handed back to the thinkgroup site. Therefore, the payment is completely and securely bank hosted, and thinkgroup never has access to the credit card details.
